Beginning July 31st, we will be transitioning into a new strength format. CAP Programming will no longer provide the stand-alone Lifting track. However, more lifting workouts will be built into the weekly Weakness Work so it better coincides with the daily workout.
Since several members in our community utilize a supplemental strength program, we will be moving back into offering 2 separate tracks for strength: Powerlifting & Olympic Lifting. These two tracks will be programmed as a supplemental program to build on your CF base.
