To change or cancel your membership, you must submit a cancellation request, via email, SEVEN (7) days in advance of the next billing cycle to initiate the cancellation process. Cancellations less than 7 days before memberships auto-renew will incur an additional monthly charge. All memberships auto-renew upon expiration unless the cancellation process is completed. |
