CROSSFIT
This is a 60 minute class that incorporates conditioning, gymnastics, and strength training in a general program which can be tailored to individual goals. Class is in session: members should come on time expecting to learn, practice, build, and refine various skills from power lifting and olympic lifting, to gymnastics, and endurance. Classes will be tailored to our current program focused and designed to prep and prime you for success with our Workout of the Day (WOD).
STRENGTH
This is a straightforward 60 minute strength class. Our Strength program is a great option for anyone looking to build confidence with their strength lifts. Our program will take you through various cycles covering functional body building, power lifting, and olympic lifting. We highly encourage beginners as well as seasoned lifters to join in on all the gains!
SUPPLEMENTAL
Open times where members can practice supplemental work. A coach will be available for assistance.

Learn more about CrossFit and MGCF! A coach will brief you on CrossFit principals and programming and help you practice fundamental movements and skills.
