What are your goals with fitness?

Whether you are training for health or sport we have an option for you. Each program utilizes full body movements that translate from lifestyle to sport.

​Our members train with various goals in mind and we take pride in offering data-based programs designed to achieve results.

Crossfit / GPP Track
(General Physical Preparedness)

Training Recommendation: 
​
4-5 days of CF class
Strategically varied, new workouts programmed daily. Daily workouts will be composed of differing movements, rep schemes, weights, and time domains.

GPP is the foundation of our program and will build the base of fitness for our members. We first focus on moving well, then on increasing intensity.  If you’re working hard, you’re getting fitter.

Our CrossFit track gives you measurable progress that motivates you to keep coming back and striving for more while being immersed in a community that makes you feel welcome and is fun.

Open + Strength track

Training Recommendation:
4-5 days of CF class
3 days of Strength/Skill
Our Open + Strength track is recommended for any athlete who wants to build their fitness with the CF Open in mind.

Athletes on this track will begin to incorporate higher levels of accountability with training and nutrition. This track will require more discipline and a greater time commitment towards training and recovery.

In regards to training, our primary goal is help athletes understand the importance of building balance in conditioning, strength, and skill work with supplemental training.

Competitor track

Training Recommendation
4-5 days of Competitors program (Includes GPP)
2 days of specialty (gymnastics/weightlifting)
Our competitor track is designed for athletes with advanced stamina and skill sets looking to train for competition. Every competitor differs and we want to approach each athlete's goals accordingly, based on their level of commitment.


Athletes will follow the daily GPP workout as their primary base of their program. Each day, we provide additional work in SugarWOD to be done any time before or after class.

Any athlete who is interested in the competitor track must schedule an evaluation meeting with the Head Coach to discuss intentions, availability, and goals. From there, additional pieces can/will be added based upon: need, commitment, and coach evaluation
