1. SCHEDULE A FREE TRIAL CLASS
Every CrossFit gym is unique, we want to make sure that our community and programs are the right fit for you. Try a class on us and experience what our gym and our community has to offer! 2. ORIENTATION After your trial class, we require any individual new to MGCF or with less than 6 months of experience attend a 60 minute weekend orientation (Saturday from 8:00am-9:00am). Please contact us to schedule a orientation date and time that works for you. 3. FIRST WEEK No doubt about it, your first week will be tough! You will be challenged to push yourself and learn new things. No matter your fitness background, our coaches will help you scale any unfamiliar movements to help you be successful. After just a few classes, you will feel proud of what you have accomplished (and probably a little sore)! 4. COMMIT Visit our membership page to pick a membership that works for you. WHAT TO EXPECT At MGCF we strive to provide you with the best experience by setting new members up with a solid foundation. During orientation you will learn about MGCF best practices, gym guidelines, functional movements, and class expectations. This will help our coaches asses your individual abilities and comfort with movement, so that you can start classes with a better understanding of the program.
