Lifting for Lovers is our flagship partner competition held yearly in February. At each of our events we bring together local athletes who are looking for a fun and competetive competition to showcase the hard work they put in the gym by leaving it all on the line, competing through 4 workouts within a day. Every year brings new challenges that are sure to test all athletes in a variety of ways.
